Dinner Plate Today - Ragi Dosai & Urad Dal Chutney

I got a flour from Indian store this time called sprouted ragi flour.. have you tried it??

It tastes about the same as regular ragi flour.. a little difference in the color of the flour is all I can spot... 
So mixed it with dosai batter and made urad dal chutney to go with it.. 

Ideally.. not the best combination I would recommend.. but protein and calcium packed :)
