Scrambled Eggs With Jalapeno

This just your usual scrambled eggs with a flavorful touch of Jalapeno!

Number of Servings - 2
Eggs - 2
Jalapeno - 2 big
Onion - 1/2 chopped
Pepper (freshly ground)
Turmeric Powder - a pinch (optional)

To Temper:
Mustard seeds
Urad Dal


  • Heat oil in wok, splutter items to temper. Add onions and saute well

  • Add the jalapeno and saute well. Break the eggs into the wok and add all the powders and scramble it

  • Cook until the eggs are done

Trust me... Jalapeno is just so flavorful and definitely makes a difference to the usual recipe :)
