Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
Boiled white channa - 1 cup
Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 1 big
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt
To temper:
Mustard seeds
Urad dal
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a kadai and splutter the items to temper. Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and saute
- Add the tomatoes and saute well. Add the red chilli powder and coriander powder and saute
- Add the boiled channa and salt and let it cook until done
