Easy Spicy Gobi fry

Its a given fact that everyone will love anything fried.. from kids to adults. This is one of those dishes that you simply cannot resist.. even if it is seeing the picture for a long time... *Sighhhhhh....*

Does it seem odd... that I'm writing like this about the dish I blog about??... Reason... its from my friend :) 

Ingredients :
Cauliflower                : 1 (small).
red chili powder         : 3tbsp.
ginger garlic paste    : 1 tbsp.
red food color           : apinch(not necessary).
curd                          : 2 tbsp.
salt,oil                       : as required.

Procedure  :
1. Marinate the cauliflower with all the ingredients and set aside for 1 hr.
2. Heat the oil in a pan.
3. Add the cauliflower and stir well until it cooked.

Note : It goes well with lemon rice,curd rice, bread, dosa etc
you can make sandwich with this masala.
And you can make cauliflower masala dosa too.
