Quick Cauliflower Fry - kids friendly

Don't we all love fried snacks :) let alone kids.. You can be assured that your kid will definitely gobble this in no time!

Number of servings: 1
Cauliflower florets - 4 - 5 big (cut into small pieces)
Oil to fry

For the batter:
Besan flour - 4 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon


  • Microwave the cauliflower florets for 2 - 3 minutes
  • Mix the batter ingredients with little water - not watery not too thick
  • Heat the oil in kadai and deep fry the florets in medium flame.. yummy cauliflower fry is ready!
