Broccoli stir fry

Hello ladies! Another kid friendly and a healthy, nutritious recipe. Very simple and done in a jiffy.



No. of servings - 2
Ingredients:
Broccoli - 1 bunch
Garlic - 1 or 2 pods
Salt
Fresh ground pepper (optional)

To temper
Mustard seeds
Urad dal

Procedure:

  • cut the broccoli into small florets
  • heat a spoon of oil in a pan and splutter items to temper
  • add the chopped garlic and broccoli florets and sprinkle water just to cook
  • add salt and let it cook until desired level of crispiness
  • add freshly ground pepper (skip this for kids) and serve hot
