Coming to today's recipe.. We wanted to have bhaji.. and I was thinking about some different veggies for the bhaji other than onion and potato.. and so gave a try with Broccoli and Bell pepper:) .. It turned out good.. I've seen bell pepper bhaji's in some blogs and have been wanting to try it for some time:)....
Besan flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Baking soda - a pinch
Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt to taste
Broccoli (small florets)
Mix all the ingredients with required water and fry the veggies.
