Idly Upma with leftover idlies


I made idly upma with yesterday's leftover idlies.

Ingredients:
mustard seeds
urad dal
red chillis
onion chopped
oil

Method:
Dip the Idlies in salt (to taste) water and squeeze and shred it without water. Heat the oil splutter mustard seeds. urad dal, red chilli and add the onion and saute. Add the idly and mix it.
